The Plaid Asset Reports platform provides a secure and efficient way for requesting and generating Asset Reports. It allows clients to connect their bank accounts using Plaid Link and generate the reports in PDF format.
The Admin Dashboard enables administrators to send email invitations to clients, manage their generated Asset Reports, and view their financial information, such as historical transactions, bank account balances, and more. Additionally, these reports are available in PDF format and can be refreshed at any time.
This platform is perfect for lending and underwriting use cases, as well as for financial advisors and accountants. It makes it easy for underwriting agents to verify income and assets of their clients, and determine their eligibility for loans, etc.

- Landing Page: Serving as the starting point for the application, the landing page provides a brief overview of the platform and its purpose.
- Plaid Link: The Bank Connection flow allows clients to connect their bank accounts using Plaid Link. This is a secure and efficient way to generate Asset Reports for income verification and underwriting.
- Admin Dashboard: Lets administrators send email invitations to customers requesting Asset Reports, manage their generated reports, and view their financial information, including historical transactions, bank account balances and more. The reports are accessible in PDF format and can be refreshed at any time.
- Email Notifications: Automated email notifications are sent to clients requesting them to connect their bank accounts using Plaid Link and generate Asset Reports. The administrators also receive email notifications when users successfully generate the asset report which is then attached in the email.
